It just suddenly stopped running.  The battery is good.  The oscillator draws a very small current.  The escapement drive coil measures good.  Corrosion free inside.  Hands are not colliding.  Crystal is quite scratched.  Band seems to be missing some sort of end covers.  The band was shortened, but those parts are included.
