The Android Halo AD781 is a timepiece featuring a Ronda 762 HH5 Ultra thin quartz movement and single jewel. The watch is made of solid stainless steel, features a hardened mineral crystal, and is water-resistant to 100 meters (330 feet). While suitable for light swimming and surface water sports, it's not recommended for deep diving. The "Android" brand name is now known as the watch company Aragon Watches USA, known for its unique and visually appealing timepieces. 

Please don't quote me on this, but I think the bezel is adorned with Swarovski crystals.  I've had this watch for quite some time and I don't recall exactly.  This brand has been discontinued and is now called Aragon.  Please see more details below:
