This hit was written by Shinji Nojima, who also wrote "High School Teacher" (1993) and "Homeless Child" (1994), and produced by Ryo Oota, the smash hit maker behind "Tokyo Love Story" (1991) and "In the Name of Love" (1992).
The theme song, "Saboten no Hana," sung by Kazuo Zaitsu, sold over 600,000 copies.
Eguchi Yosuke makes his debut as the warm-hearted "Ann-chan" Kashiwagi Tatsuya,
and the star-studded cast, including Fukuyama Masaharu, Ishida Issei, and Yamamoto Koji, plays the unique brothers, breaking new ground in the "Monday 9pm" drama and achieving a record-breaking 37.8% viewership rating.

The six Kashiwagi siblings, who had been separated since the death of their parents seven years ago, now live with the eldest son, Tatsuya (Eguchi Yosuke), who runs a dry cleaning shop. This drama depicts the family overcoming various difficulties and conflicts to live their lives to the fullest.
