Vintage Dusty Bin Wind Up Clockwork Toy

Item is not Working properly the wind up mechanism works, the feet get caught up together as one of them is loose and it moves along and gets caught with the other foot

It needs some tlc for the above conditions as well as and has some stains on it and it's paint has worn off in places
