These adapter and extension conversion screws are perfect if you have bought a shift knob or want to get a shift knob for your Japanese car with the wrong size direct thread and also want to add a bit of length to your gear stick.

This listing is for one flanged caliber conversion and extension screw to fit a direct thread of 12x1.25 (lever side) and converts the thread to 10x1.25 (knob side). 

This means that it will fit on gear sticks with a pitch thread originally of 12x1.25 (please do check your specific application) which will then allow you to fit a JDM shift knob that is of 10x1.25 thread.
