Return policy: Buyer Pays Return Shipping Returns Allowed Within14 days

The item must be in the exact condition that the seller shipped it in. If sold in a lot All items must be returned for a refund. (No partial refunds) If new with tags, those tags must be attached, if security tag was attached it must still be attached to the item. Any tags attached to the item must still be attached.  If item was in a box or packaged, item must be returned in the exact packaging/box. If package or box had an original seal, it must be returned exactly the same way with the original seal intact. 

All clothing/ hat items must be free of perfume or cologne scents, no deodorant stains and must be unworn. The item MUST be the same item that was shipped as seen in the listing pictures. Returns must be folded (if clothing) and packaged securely for item protection.

·      UPS orders head to drop off at 6am Mon-Friday

I source items from many different venues. Items are inspected and cleaned before listing. I will do my best to list any history I have for items.

Items are stored in a clean and non-smoking pet free environment, but I cannot guarantee items storage before I source it.

I do not claim scent free as everyone is different in their sensitivity.

·       If Item is Used: 

·       Pre-Owned and New: Every item is gone over and inspected I do this under bright lights to try and be as thorough as possible. Every effort is made to put forth an item of good quality. 

·       I will disclose any flaws that I find as in tears, rips, writing in books etc. 

·       If there are flaws disclosed, please do not bid on or purchase the item if they would cause you to be unhappy.

·       The time to ask questions is before purchasing.

Keep in mind if you are purchasing used/pre-owned: pre-loved/used items you cannot have expectations of the items being brand new, normal wear, and minor imperfections are possible.

PAYMENT: eBay handles all payment processing, if you have an issue with payment, you will need to contact eBay directly.

SHIPPING:

I typically ship the next business day after a payment is made, often same day shipping if payment is made before 2pm.

I WILL NOT: change a shipping address after payment is made this is a big no as it voids the eBay guarantee for both buyer and seller.

I will only ship to the verified mailing address on your account at the time of payment. The only option will be to cancel the sale and have customer repurchase.  

I CANNOT HOLD ITEMS ONCE PAID TO SHIP ON A LATER DATE: This is something you as a customer will need to take care of through the post office hold of mail or have a friend or family member collect your package when delivered.

Guidelines with eBay on shipping is 3 days max or I get dinged.

IF YOU FORWARD YOUR MAIL THROUGH THE POST OFFICE IT WILL ALSO VOID THE eBay GURANTEE. The guarantee is only good to the shipping address on file with eBay at the time of purchase. If you move, make sure you update your address with eBay.

    International Shipping: Buyers are responsible for paying import fees and charges. These charges CANNOT be included in the items purchase and or shipping charges by seller. The seller is not the one responsible for collecting import taxes/fees, duties, or any monies collected to clear parcel through customs or when purchaser receives their order.

·       THERE MIGHT BE EXTRA TAXES AND FEES FOR NON-DOMESTIC PURCHASES. It is up to the buyer to know what their country’s fees will be. The seller has no control of this or knowledge of what those fees might be.

·       Listing price DOES NOT include taxes/Vat, duties, or import charges, eBay collects them on behalf of each country. If you have questions on taxes/Vat, duties or import charges, you will need to contact eBay.
