This fan shroud fits the CMP100, should also fit other CMP models as well as Tesla V100's.   I'm not currently including fans with these shrouds.  Fans will easily screw into the shrouds which mount to the back of the card once the metal retaining bracket (if attached) is removed.  The same thumb screws can be used to secure the fan shroud (usually M3 screws).

Please verify the dimensions on the back of your card against the dimensions I have provided in the pictures.

The mounting holes must be drilled to mount to the GPU.

Currently printing in Black ASA, other colors may be available on request.
