Pairing Replacement Earbud/Case
To sync your replacement earbud or charging case, place earbuds into charging case allow charging time if necessary. Forget old bluetooth connection in your phone and re-pair entire set as normal.
Pairing/Sync Instructions
Forget your old Bluetooth connection in your Bluetooth settings on your phone
Place both earbuds in the charging case and let it charge for at least 1hr if the battery is low
Open the lid of the charging case with your phone unlocked, the setup animation should appear. If not, follow step 4.
Open the lid of the charging case and hold the setup button for 10-15 seconds until it flashes white indicating pairing mode
Go to your Bluetooth settings and select the Powerbeats Pro 2 to successfully connect your earbuds.
