Everything we are selling are personally
used items we have acquired and kept in a conditioned,
smoke-free residence. We describe items as
accurately as our knowledge permits and try to
provide good photos in the listing.
Obviously, we are not experts on all items. Please read
The descriptions and look at photos. Feel
free to contact us if you have questions
before bidding and we will do our best to enlighten you.
PHOTOGRAPHS: They are of the actual
item that you will receive. If there is something of note,
we try to capture it in photos and point
it out in the description. Look carefully before bidding.
BIDDING:
Bid only if you want the
item. If you make a mistake and/or wish to retract the bid, contact us.
PAYMENTS:
We're a private household, not a
commercial seller and require payment via EBay only unless you
have contacted us. Please monitor
auction endings and thank you for prompt payment.
BUY IT NOW & BEST OFFER:
These sales imply immediate payment. If we
accept your lesser offer, please pay immediately.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES / COMBINED SHIPPING:
If you purchase multiple items, do not pay
for them individually. Advise us of the items you intend to
bid on and we will wait until the last
item closes and then send you an invoice for all items and
the combined shipping charges.
SHIPPING:
We generally use USPS via eBay, using
whatever option is appropriate to the item, usually ground
advantage.
If you want it sooner than the several days that USPS usually takes, please
advise and
we can
ship with more priority.
Valuable
items will always ship with
extra insurance at buyer's expense. We will advise.
We
generally don't weigh or box an item until it sells, so any listed shipping charges are estimates.
After you
pay, we get the item shipped via
the next regular USPS pickup. Alaska & Hawaii are more.
WE DON'T SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
We
suitably package all items, but if the item still arrives damaged, the first
course of action is to
file a
claim with the shipper, usually USPS. Local pickup of
big, heavy items may be available upon
request and
delivery may be available within moderate distance.
RETURN POLICY:
If you ever have an issue with a purchase,
contact us immediately and we will do everything
we can to satisfy you including a refund,
if appropriate. Returns offered on most items only
if they are materially different from
photos or description. You may be responsible for
return shipping charges. If you simply
change your mind about a purchase, contact us.
Understand we are not a business, just
reducing our possessions as we downsize.
