Due to 2026 changes to international postage these options are now available:

Tracked mail option 1 (Max. value of £75) - £9.95 (lower value letters automatically get sent in the system as ?documents? with no customs sticker available)

Tracked Mail option 2 (Max. value of £250)** - £15.95 (in order to be sent with insurance compensation letters will need to have a value declared. Sending as ?documents? is no longer an available option and something else must be selected. Please message if you have specific requirements. EU orders should already have taxes paid through IOSS, this code can be added to the Royal Mail system for postage labels.

**The maximum insurance compensation limit per letter is just £250. If the combined value of your order greatly exceeds £250 it will be necessary to send more than one letter and split the contents - the buyer will be charged accordingly.

3. POSTAGE TERMS & CUSTOMS

Dispatch Time: Normally Monday or Friday, otherwise aimed within 3 working days.

Combined Shipping: Please purchase all items in one transaction only. Add items to your basket and use the ?request total? option or wait for an invoice after multiple accepted offers

Postage costs increase if letter size exceeds 5mm (1/5") in thickness and/or 100g (3.5oz) in weight. Buyer will be charged according to basket value and which postage option is necessary.

*Standard mail (proof of postage receipt only ? no tracking!) will only be available to customers in the UK, US, Canada, EU, Singapore and Australia. If you want tracking you need to select this option in the basket page. Orders above £20-22 will only be sent with tracking.

International letters can occasionally be held by local customs offices for inspection or fees to be paid. Anything they decide to do is at their own discretion and out of my control so I cannot accept responsibility for this. If you decide to have a letter returned postage charges will not be refunded.
