This exquisite doll is dressed in her original, vibrant orange silk gown with ruffle trim and matching bonnet, all in remarkable condition for its age. She features hand-painted facial details, delicately moulded composition lower arms and legs, and retains her original black bead necklace and brass hair accessories for an authentic period look.

Very good antique condition; signs of minor age-related wear, light scuffs on composition surfaces, and some delicate areas to original fabrics (see photos for details).

The doll’s costume—including its original orange silk dress and bonnet with brass hair ornaments—is well preserved, showing vivid colour with some gentle age-related creasing and minor fraying at a few ruffle edges. 

The black bead necklace is complete and well attached. 

The painted composition hands and legs display typical vintage wear, with some surface soiling and small paint rubs, but all fingers and toes are well-shaped and intact. 

The facial paint and features are well preserved with only minor age patina visible and some age related wear on the nose and chin. 

 Overall, this is a very good and nicely-kept example for its age, retaining fine original detailing and strong display appeal.
