We will ship the goods within 10-15 working days of receiving your payment.
You will receive the parcel after the shipment in about 7-10 working days.
Refund Policy
All costumes are made to your own dimensions, so please confirm your measurements carefully before submitting. We accept a refund or exchange only in these following locations: defective products, missing products or the product varies widely from our item description. If the above suituations occur, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the item. After confirmation of the defect, we will offer you refund instructions.
We will make and ship a new costume for you for wrong size or measurements that are faulty on our confirmation. On the other hand, we are not responsible for the wrong size or dimensions that are errors after confirmation from the customer's side. We will send you the delivery to the address that customers have to offer. Therefore, the customer must leave the right and complete address. For the case left out of the wrong file information on the customer's order, we are also not responsible for any additional costs associated with a reshipment.
