It's missing the key. You will need a key to open this. The box is empty inside. 

There are some paint and body chips. 

Paint is worn off throughout the body.  

The back has a crack and the bottom corner is bent. 

The front numbers are worn off in places. 

The hook has wear and scratches. 

The hook seems to be working.

Wear, stains and scratches throughout the body.

Please note the paint still flakes off easily in places if rubbed.
