This is Miller specialty tool C-3319, Worm Shaft Splined Nut, for 1954-57 Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth, DeSoto and Dodge Trucks with power steering. 

Uused with some very light powdery rust from long storage, otherwise great condition, clean, complete as you it & undamaged, lightly oiled and wrapped in VCI paper to inhibit corrosion.
