Love Mid-Century Modern / MCM serving ware and advertising?  Check out this fantastic piece of business history!  Mid-Century hotels used glasses like this in the hotel guest rooms instead of the plastic drinkware commonly found today.

This listing is for two (2) hotel drinking glasses from an unidentified Hyatt Hotels & Resorts property.  The logos are red/brown and clear (looks white in photos).

The size is approximately 2.5" diameter and 3.5" tall.  Liquid volume is approximately 8 ounces.  The glass is very heavy, with a weighted bottom.  The red/brown logo is embossed with paint.  The clear logo appears to be etched.

From the Internet:  According to Logopedia, this logo, nicknamed the “bug” by employees, was first used solely for the Hyatt Regency O’Hare when it opened in 1971. In 1976 it became the trademark of the entire company.  The current logo lettering style began use in 1990.
