We accept payments via eBay managed payments. This includes but is not limited to; Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and PayPal.

All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail. Please be aware that on rare occasions there will be events outside of our control that may delay your shipment. Handling times may also vary depending on the products you have purchased, so please take note of the estimated delivery time on the product page and when you checkout.

United Kingdom
Orders to UK addresses with standard shipping will be shipped via Tracked 48 or 2nd class services depending on the size of the order. Express shipping is via Tracked 24 or 1st class services depending on the size of the order.

European Union
Shipments to EU countries with a basket value under €150 will use the EU’s IOSS service, and no VAT or duties will be required before delivery.

Shipments over €150 will be shipped without VAT or duties paid, and the customer will be required to settle this amount with customs before you receive your item.

Rest of the World
Shipments to all other international destinations will be shipped without VAT or duties paid, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to settle this amount with customs before delivery is made.

If you no longer want your item, you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it to us in an unused, resaleable condition.

If your item has developed a defect through no fault of your own, or arrived damaged, please contact us directly with the details of the problem. We will do our best to assist you in troubleshooting or arranging a refund/replacement.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your item.

If you wish to cancel an order you have made, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
