Sollte dennoch ein solcher Vorfall eintreten, bitte ich darum, den Sachverhalt zunächst über eBay zu melden. Ich gehe dann wie folgt vor:

- Der Sachverhalt wird geprüft und die Sendungsnummer zur Nachverfolgung mitgeteilt.
- Sollte der Brief oder das Päckchen (ohne Einschreiben) unterwegs sein, bitte ich um Geduld. Die Versanddauer kann je nach Land und Transportsystem stark variieren. Ich kann die von der Post angegebenen Lieferzeiten leider nicht garantieren.
- Sollte der Brief oder das Päckchen (ohne Einschreiben) definitiv nicht ankommen, mache ich von dieser Mitteilung Gebrauch.
- Sollte die Sendungsverfolgung keinen Status anzeigen (dies ist in der Vergangenheit einmal vorgekommen), erstatte ich den vollen Betrag zurück, da in diesem Fall der Versand offensichtlich nicht funktioniert hat.

If such an incident occurs, I kindly ask that you first report the issue through eBay. I will then proceed as follows:

- The matter will be reviewed and the tracking number will be provided for shipment tracing.
- If the letter or parcel (without registered mail) is in transit, I kindly ask for your patience. Delivery times may vary significantly depending on the country and postal system. I cannot guarantee the delivery times stated by the postal service.
- If the letter or parcel (without registered mail) definitely does not arrive, I will act in accordance with this notice.
- If the tracking shows no status at all (this has happened once before), I will refund the full amount, as it indicates that the shipment did not go through properly.
