I ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). My cut-off is 3:00 pm est. Orders after 3:00 pm est will ship on the next business day. Orders on Friday after 3:00 pm est will ship on Monday or the next business day. I primarily use USPS, and I drop off packages between 2pm and 4pm est. If you would like for me to use FedEx or UPS, then send me a message before or right after ordering, and I will use the one you choose. All orders are packed well to keep them safe during shipping, but if any damage does occur during shipping, then send me a message with a picture, and I'll make it right.
