The 5 Year Premium Warranty is a comprehensive protection scheme for a 5 years protecting you against accidental damage, staining and structural defects as well as pet damage.
Peace of mind is provided immediately after your furniture is delivered, accidents can happen but with the 5 Year premium you can put your mind at ease knowing that if a mishap occurs to your new furniture, we are there to put it right for you.

We understand that buying furniture online can be challenging. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply return the item in its original delivered condition within 7 days for a full refund.

Delivery
All our fabric sofas are hand made to order in the UK and do take some time to custom make your order, we aim to deliver your new sofa / suite within 4-5 weeks, although during peak periods delivery may take up to 6-7 weeks.

Our experienced two-man delivery team will ensure your furniture arrives safely. We will deliver your sofa into the room of your choice, unwrap and assemble. (Additional charges will apply for above-ground-floor delivery). Buyer must dispose of packaging and ensure access is clear. Please check sizes before you order as we can not be liable for items that will not fit through doors, stairs etc.

Not ready for delivery- If you prefer, we offer storage options where we can hold your sofa in stock for as long as required with a £150 deposit for flexible delivery.

Take away old sofa on delivery- No problem, we can take away your old sofa for only £80.
