I aim to protect miniatures first, NOT PACKAGING!  Sprues/boxes may be shipped in bubble mailers.  If you need me to protect packaging, please let me know.

I do my best to package items; however minor damage can occur and can hopefully be easily repaired. I often assemble models for pictures, meaning I sometimes disassemble models before shipping.  Models dissembled at glue points are not considered broken.  If my notes mention fragility or that a repair has been made then that repair is considered an existing glue point.
