Waist--I am a 38--I just fit with the last belt hole--there are 8 holes smaller--My best guess is 30-38 waist

 2. Climb Leg Gaffs/Spikes----Unbranded--1 plus inch spikes firmly attached--Leg Straps adjustable and in serviceable condition--Leather leg padding firmly intact showing some age--)..No foot straps..still years of service left.

3. Safety Strap ..Unbranded...Heavy Duty Buckle--Large Heavy Snap Close Clips on Both Ends..About 1 3/4 inches wide..
