Product Description

  • Is it easy to clean and maintain?

    Yes, there is a drainage outlet at the bottom, which can be easily accessed by simply loosening a wrench to remove the drain plug for cleaning.

  • How is the water level adjusted?

    Adjusting the angle of the float valve can control the water level. Loosening the float valve and holding the valve arm with one hand stopping the water flow when the water level is suitable. Then tighten the valve with other hand.

  • Does the hose pipe fit for my faucet?

    The hose pipe is 1/2”and it will connect directly to your faucet if your faucet is 1/2”. If your faucet is 3/4”, it will need to be connected with the copper adapter we provide.

  • Can I just put it on the floor without mounting it?

    It is possible without installation, because there is a drain at the bottom, it is recommended to put something to keep the basin level as much as possible.
