This ring is all sterling silver, handcrafted by Nick Nixon.  I have compiled a LARGE collection of several colors and types of 7 mm interchangeable beads that can be changed out with this ring.  I do have many more sizes, but this particular ring is approx size 9 1/2 with the ball in the ring.  If someone needs another size, please let me know and I can try to match up this many beads with a different size.  If you have any questions, please ask, I will try to answer as best as possible.
