new, just some electrical components have been re-used.

manufacturer (Specialized, Fantic, BMW, etc.) We will need your bike frame number in order to do so.
All motors purchased from
us have the option to be upgraded for enhanced resistance to water
ingress and longevity. Please contact us for further details.
Warranty & Returns:
We're accepting returns within 30 days only from purchase. The motor cannot have been used or opened up.
There
will be 2 years back to base warranty provided. Warranty will be void if motor has failed due to water ingress or has been opened within the warranty timeframe.
