The Dewalt DCW620NT 18V XR Brushless 12mm Plunge Router is a lightweight and consistent machine that delivers the results even in demanding applications.
With a plunge depth of up to 70mm, the router includes a range of features designed to ensure your routing jobs are completed with ease and efficiency.
Impressively lightweight at only 3.5kg, the reduced weight increases the control and manoeuvrability of the router while also reducing fatigue for longer operation. With both variable speed, from 11,000 -23,000 rpm, as well as constant speed control, The router lends itself comfortably to working with a range of materials whilst ensuring that it doesn’t slow down in tougher applications thereby maintaining the quality of surface finish.
Compatible with common guide bushes, the DCW620NT router includes both a plunge lock lever for applying force as well as trigger depth lock to reduce downward force during depth lock operation.
The overmoulded handles along with the ergonomically designed trigger switch ensure comfortable operation along with easy stop/start control. The router also includes a guide bush centering system that delivers greater accuracy when using bush guided jigs and figures.
Designed for tough jobsites, the PERFORM & PROTECT™ ANTI-ROTATION system senses the motion of the tool and shuts it down if the motion is excessive. The dual LED work lights help provide additional illumintation of the material for clear bit visibility
For greater flexibility, the Dewalt DCW620NT router is compatible with 12mm, ½”, 8mm, and ¼” collets. For healthy working, the router also features an integrated and notably enhanced dust extraction port that can be connected up to an external dust extractor. Dust and debris flow through the router to an AirLock compatiable port for incredible cleaning effect. This not only maintains a healthy and clean working environment, but also removes debris from the cutting site ensuring you maintain a clear line of sight.
At the heart of the plunge router is the brushless motor that allows you to use it efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.

Unwanted Goods:
We offer a 30 day return policy. Once you inform a member our team, you can then return the parcel within 30 days of receiving the goods. This is under the following conditions:
Damaged/Incorrect Goods:
If you need to return an item due to an error we have made or because your item is damaged, please contact our team within 7 working days* who will resolve this with you (*this varies per courier). It is highly important that you check your goods as soon as they are received. Please note:Faulty Goods:
If your item arrives faulty, you must report it to us within 24 hours. The item can then be collected and refunded or replaced. Any items reported as faulty outside of this time frame will need to be dealt with under the warranty. Please contact our team via phone or email who will advise on the warranty procedure, or visit the product in question on our website where the warranty procedure is explained online./p>
Some faulty products must follow procedure and be sent to the manufacturer for testing. They will diagnose the fault and either repair or replace the unit under the warranty. To find out if yours is one of these products, you can check this against the warranty tab available on each individual product listing. Once any return is received back we will process it within 7 days/p>
Order Cancellations:
Once you place an order with us, there is only a short time frame we are able to cancel that in – this is even shorter if you have selected a Next Day delivery option. Please contact us immediately by and our team will do their best to arrange this for you. Please note:
We work hard to ensure we are partnering with the best delivery companies. On occasions, Royal Mail and our couriers may have difficulties making a delivery due to address issues etc. If this is the case you will be contacted by the carrier advising how to arrange redelivery. If a delivery is unsuccessful the parcel will be returned to us & our team will then notify you. We will resend the parcel once a full redelivery fee has been made.
