Very nice porcelain serving plate with small handles by Tirschenreuth (Bavaria).  This piece is hand-painted with a floral motif in pink, green, and blue with gold paint along the rim and handles.   In excellent condition, no chips or cracks, some faint wear on the gold rim.  Marked on the bottom "Bavaria Tirschenreuth".  For decorate purposes or serving bread or appetizers.  Handwashing recommended.

Note - this would have been hand painted after manufacturing by a home artist or crafter.  No guarantee that this is food safe.
