Old vintage chrome tone cast metal and slag glass ashtray stand. The orange streaks in the glass glow under UV light. Cadmium

It is 29 1/4" tall to top of handle, 25" tall to top of ashtray, ashtray diameter is 10 3/4", and base diameter is 12 1/4". Weighs 12 lbs. 

Has a slant to it. Bottom piece of glass has two chips right next to each other on bottom edge. No cracks in glass. Metal is aged, has rust. There's a break in one of the metal arms underneath the base, still stands fine and is stable. 

This is NOT electric but there is a an opening for a cord
