The Donor Vehicle:
Taken in Part Exchange against a new bike at Main Dealer. Full working order with MOT for 12 months, when dismantled. Had covered 53,576 miles. Too high miles for retail stock at dealership. Fully test ridden for 10 miles before being dismantled. HPi clear and fully functioning without faults. Finished in factory Black NH-1. This was an undamaged and factory standard bike.

Usually we use Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For or DHL next day courier service up to 30Kg - same day dispatch if ordered before noon otherwise next working day dispatch. WE DO NOT USE HERMES!
International bidders, a shipping price should be visible if shipping is available to your country. This service is provided by EBay Global Shipping and you are paying them for this service, not us. We only ship the item, free of charge, to the EBay Global Shipping Hub in the UK. All shipping fees and import taxes are paid to eBay, not us.
Postage costs include a nominal fee for packaging to ensure your item arrives undamaged.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted on faulty goods, however all items are checked before removal from donor vehicle and before dispatch. Upon receipt of a faulty item we will refund purchase price including original p+p costs only. Note: The item will be checked on its return and if found not to be faulty or missing our Smart Water security marking we will not refund. When refund is agreed, positive feedback will be required before monies refunded.
Items purchased incorrectly will only be refunded at our discretion. Please be sure the item you are buying is the correct part you require. If you purchase an item incorrectly it is normally cheaper for you to re-list the item yourself, than send it back to us. When we do accept returns for mis-purchased items and we do charge for the outward postage cost!
