If it is not stated in the listing or asked before purchase and you receive it without a power cord we will not provide one and/or we will not do a partial refund for one.

Cosmetic wear should be expected on all used items. This may include scuffs, scratches, marks, discoloration, dust, writing from markers, engravings, or sticker residue. If a cosmetic issue is not pictured or mentioned, assume it may be present.

RETURNS & FUNCTIONALITY POLICY

Due to a high rate of tampering, part swapping, and misuse, returns are not accepted on used electronics.

Functionality is described as accurately as possible based on our limited testing. If we state the item powers on or specific features work, that information reflects what we observed during a brief test. We do not and cannot test every feature or run devices for extended periods.

Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility, setup, and installation. No support is offered after the sale.

SPECIAL ITEM POLICIES

Toners & Ink Cartridges
All toner/ink products are considered expired unless explicitly stated otherwise.


Due to frequent reseller drop-shipping, items may ship with a label directly on the ink/toner box, without an outer box. This is standard industry practice and protects the internal contents.

If you need special packaging or handling, you must request it before purchase. Requests made after payment are not guaranteed and may result in order cancellation.

No refunds will be given for cosmetic box damage (such as crushed corners or dents), as this does not affect product functionality.

VHS/DVD Players


TVs shown in listing photos are not included. They are used only to demonstrate functionality.


Each player is tested for DVD/VHS playback, audio, video, and button function. Due to frequent part tampering and returns abuse, ALL VHS/DVD players are sold AS IS. NO RETURNS will be accepted for any reason.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday through Friday using USPS, UPS, or FedEx whichever is most cost-effective. Tracking is always included.

We do not ship to:

Orders placed with restricted addresses will be canceled.

We cannot change the shipping address after payment due to eBay policy. We will have to cancel your order. Then you can repurchase with the correct address.

Local pickup is not available.

All international orders are shipped exclusively through the eBay Global Shipping Program.

If you need special shipping arrangements, contact us before purchasing. Post-payment requests are not guaranteed and may result in cancellation.
