Antique, well over a century old hardcover, decorative book with gold gilded and embossed text and design to the spine face still vibrant. Black stamped and embossed design and text to the front cover is likewise well intact and the book is in overall very good condition. Exterior is clean with minor age, use or shelf wear including rubs to the upper and lower ends of the spine. Outer corners and edges of the boards have light rubs or mild bumps. Outer page fore edges have some minor soiling or very mild irregular folding. Front endpaper has some minor topical abrasion and the front and back endpapers have some very mild and vague soiling from handling. Interior is overall very clean and very well intact with only minimal age or use wear. First page of the appendix at the back has a pencil correction. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors.

Book totals 371 pages, measures approximately 7 5/8 x 5 3/8 x 1 1/4 inches and weighs about 1 1/4 pounds.
