Why wonβt the low-side coupler lock onto my carβs refrigerant port?
The included quick couplers are specifically designed for R1234yf automotive refrigerant systems. Models with R134a/others require compatible couplers.

The vacuum pump motor won't start. What could be the reason?
For new units, check for damage from transport. For used pumps, improper use or internal debris might be the cause. Disassembly and cleaning of the pump head may be needed.

Why canβt the system reach full vacuum?
90 % cases are leaks or closed valves. Re-tighten all connections, fully open blue & red valves, and ensure yellow hose goes to pump. Spray soap water to find bubbles-βthatβs the leak.
