Our Policies:

SHIPPING POLICY:   Purchaser pays all shipping and applicable fees and charges. We only ship to confirmed addresses on your PayPal Account. The shipper we utilize is of our choice unless arranged in advance of bid or purchase. We use only Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS. Our policy is to ship items within 2 business days from confirmed receipt of payment. We will combine shipping if you purchase more than one item. If for some unexpected reason we are out stock of the item, we will refund your money within 24 hours of discovery. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable.  

FREE STANDARD/ECONOMY SHIPPING, WHEN OFFERED, APPLIES ONLY TO DOMESTIC ORDERS.

A note to international buyers:

• UPS Standard, Express and Expedited and FedEx International Economy & Priority shipping services are available for qualified packages worldwide. FedEx International ground service is available for Canada & Mexico. Package tracking and improved delivery times are advantages over USPS. E-mail us for a shipping quote, please provide destination city, country, postal code, broker and broker phone number.
• Advanced Fluid Controls is not responsible for any duties, taxes or any other fees that may be imposed by customs when your package reaches your country.  By placing an order with Advanced Fluid Controls, you agree to accept any and all charges in addition to regular shipping costs.  Please consult your local customs office or tax authority for any cost specific to your location. 
• For our mutual protection, all packages are insured for the exact value of your order. We will not tell a shipping company that the value of the package is less than it actually is, or state "No Commercial Value".

RETURN POLICY: We accept returns if the item is not as described or DOA only. You have seven days from receipt to notify us that you are returning your item to us and 14 days for it to arrive back in our facility. If you wish to utilize our return policy, insurance is mandatory in both directions paid at the expense of the purchaser.  Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable. Contact us for a return authorization number.

TAX NOTICE:  All California Residents will be charged sales tax based on shipping address upon checkout unless a tax exempt certificate is provided.

We provide our customers with application specific solutions, quickly and cost effectively.  We carry a wide variety of items in inventory that are ready to ship.  In addition, we offer custom hydraulic hose assemblies within 24 hours, in most instances.
