Vintage Le Creuset enameled cast iron oval baking dish, original (?) Au Gratin dish, or at least previous to current version with handles on either side. The confusion lies in the fact that this one has a ridged or scalloped lip around the entire perimeter that the current Au Gratin does not, AND that the Cousances Au Gratin dish did not have this lip, but had the handles on either end like the current version, and certainly came before the version in this listing. (Cousances was acquired by Le Creuset mid 1900s. Please see our other listing for a Cousances Au Gratin dish listing if still available.) So this is likely a separate and discontinued item altogether. ahem. in original Flame Orange 36cm (14") long. Condition is excellent, no cracks, webbing, fading visible. It was only during picture taking that a tiny chip was noticed on the underside of the lip, barely the size of a pen point (see close-up)/ zero chips, cracks, webbing, fading visible. Pictures from every angle. There is also a #28 (cm) available in another listing, final picture shows the two nest easily. This is only an example for those who want to purchase both listings.
