This vintage Andre Delaistre listed handcolored signed and numbered (Number 76) aquatint engraving features a picturesque village landscape scene. Created in 1925, this medium-sized paper print mounted to a board showcases the artist's unique style and attention to detail. In a traditional style, this licensed reproduction from the US region is sure to add a touch of history and charm to any art collection.  The print is without a frame.  I took the damaged matte and frame off.  It has a brand new acid free matte that is to size for the print and features an elegant black inner border.  The print has some aging, but you may consider that the charm of the piece. There are engraved words at the top left and right border of the piece.  On the left it reads, "Publie par l'Estamper Moderne, 14 rue de Richelieu Paris - 1925".  On the right, it reads "1925 by the F.H.Brester Gallery Milwaukee U.SA."  This is a lovely 100 year old art piece for a discerning collector.  Hope to find it a great home.
