Rare vintage marine item. Made as a paperweight and was used on the ships of the USSR Navy. Designed for nautical charts, on deck they covered nautical charts like a sinker so that they would not be blown away by the wind. It is made of black carbolite and there is a lead weighting agent inside, the bottom is rubber for convenience and so that it does not slip. Above is an image of an anchor, on the bottom there is an inscription "Made in the USSR" in Russian and English. The item in good condition. Rare. Paperweight for connoisseurs of such interesting items in the collection. Also good as a gift.
