Mahogany stained wood, It is wide moulding with the brown velvet liner. Not signed. Fits 18x24 picture.

Size: Picture opening is: 18 inches by 24 inches. Outside frame edge is: 32 inches tall by 26 inches wide. 

Condition: Overall Excellent - some light age wear and some light scratches(see photos).
