Talbots Kids Dress M Pink Floral Print Mock Neck Long Sleeve 100% Cotton Retro

This is a really cute casual girl's dress with a floral print against a solid pink background.  It has a mock neckline and long sleeves.  It is new with tags and I am pretty sure it is vintage from the late '90s or early '00s.

100% cotton.  Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle.
