1997 G.I.Joe Set MOC

Pictures should tell the whole story. I've had this and several others I'm listing since buying it at a Kay-Bee toy store going out of business sometime around 2000. Card and bubble are nice as shown, but there is a tiny ding in this bubble which I took a pic of. Please ask any questions before bidding.
