LEGO 4000043 Vietnam Factory 2025 - Employee Only Exclusive Set - RARE

This listing is yet another very rare employee-exclusive LEGO set. LEGO 4000043 is a miniature replica of LEGO's sixth global factory, showcasing architectural details such as green spaces, solar panels and a structural layout. These factory sets are only given as a gift to internal and opening day employees upon the opening of a new factory. This set specifically was distributed on April 10th, 2025 at the opening ceremony of the LEGO manufacturing Vietnam facility in Binh Duong Province. The actual factory is designed to run entirely on renewable energy by 2026 with 12,400 rooftop solar panels and battery storage (see pictures for the little "solar panel" roof pieces).
This set is brand new & sealed, and the box is in very good condition. Please note that there is the typical "shelf wear" that you see on most every LEGO box, but there is no dents, holes, rips, etc.
You cannot purchase this set in stores. It is very rare, and already considered retired.
