Pre-owned, GREAT condition. Stored with felt dividers. All plates have an inspection pen mark on their backs in red. One has a small dark pinhead sized mark on the edge of one white dot, pictured close-up.  A different one has a small indent on the foot  rim, which is smooth to the touch, pictured close-up.
