This comes to us from Best Buy.  All the work (if any...) was done by their Geek Squad - this may just be one of their display units from one of their stores.  Desktop only (no monitor) - we are including a set of gaming accessories with this unit:  Keyboard / Mouse, Headset and a set of Insignia speakers.  If you care for a monitor, we can provide a really nice 32" curved gaming monitor for an additional $ 400 - note that due to the size, it has to be shipped separately, so this price would cover that as well.  See the last picture we included - note that the monitor is ADDITIONAL.
