  1. OEM: server manufacturer's customized version of CPU, the performance corresponds to a certain model of the official version, the difference is that the model name is different.

  2. QS: (qualified sample), final beta version CPU, compatible with any brand on the market.

  3. ES: (engineering sample), initial beta CPU, not compatible with DELL/HP brand servers.

  4. Brand lock: For example, DELL lock, can only be used on DELL servers.Lenovo locked, can only be used on Lenovo servers.

Return Terms

  1. If you receive defective item, please kindly notify us within 14 days. We will guide you the returning instruction for replacement or refund.

2. If you purchased in improper condition, please NOTE that the sipping and handling fee will not be refund, all return shipping fee should paid by the buyer unless item DOA.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any returns for objective reasons.
