Payment can be accepted via PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
We respond to messages within 24-48 hours. Please keep in mind we only work business days, so please expect a delay in response if you send a message on a non-business day.
Buyer is to pay shipping and handling of amount stated in the listing. Wanting every item that we send out to arrive safely, we insure every item that leaves our warehouse at our own expense.
We ship most orders via FedEx. Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will be shipped using the manufacturer's preferred method (either UPS or FedEx). Packages that weigh less than 1 pound may ship via USPS Priority Mail. On orders that include free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the carrier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you.
Please keep in mind that UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes. If you put a PO Box as your shipping address the merchandise will be shipped via USPS. (Additionally, providing a PO Box as your shipping address will not cause us to ship via USPS for you.)
Please allow up to 1-3 days of handling and if you purchase late friday or the weekend, your order will get processed on the following Monday.
On orders that include free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the carrier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you.
If you want to order MULTIPLE NEW items separately that total over $49, to receive a shipping discount, please contact us prior to payment after choosing the "Buy-it-now" option on those items and we will combine the order and ship all the items in the same box, IF POSSIBLE.
Free shipping does NOT apply to NEW OR USED "AUCTION" ITEMS. A shipping cost maybe added to auctioned items.
International shipping is only available through ebay's international shipping middle man program. If that service is not offered to you, then we do not ship to your country.
Depending on the weight or size of the item; Freight shipment maybe mandatory. Please be prepared to recieve a freight shipment.
At YourSewingOutlet, we want to make your eBay shopping experience with us as easy and comfortable as possible. Customer satisfaction is our top goal. On rare occasions and despite our best efforts, an item might turn out to be defective or not up to your satisfactory. In the very unlikely event you receive a defective product, we ask you to remember that we do not manufacture these products; we simply market them for the manufacturers and factories. That said, please notify us of any problem or defect so that we can arrange for a a possible fix, replacement or return. You have 30 days upon payment to return an item.
Policy on Store Inventory Items:
The first step is to email us to request a Return Authorization. In order to speed up the process, please include what is wrong with the unit, your name, full address, model number, receipt number and how you paid for the item. We will gladly ship you a replacement unit or give you a refund. Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return Authorization number. We will provide you with further instructions. Once the item has been shipped back to us, giving us your tracking number will make the total process much quicker for you.
Please make sure all original paperwork, box, warranties and accessories are intact and with the unit when it is shipped back. Exchanges will be honored if the original item was defective, and the exchange will be for a like item. Should you desire a refund, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If the item was bought with a free shipping promotion, then the actual original shipping costs that were borne by us will be deducted from the refund.
Policy on Auction Items:
In the very unlikely event you receive a machine that does not work properly, please contact us. We will be more than willing to help you troubleshoot the issues you are having. If necessary, we will also cover the cost of shipping to bring it back to our shop for inspection and repair. Once it has been repaired and tested, we will ship the machine back to you at our expense. If upon initial inspection we do not find anything wrong with the machine, however, the machine will be shipped back to you at your cost.
