*It's in new, unused condition; however and PLEASE NOTE: there is a printing flaw by the manufacturer; since this is a SCREEN PRINT, and hand printed, this can occur; it was found at an estate sale, and may have been a remnant...The flaw is in three areas (photos 9 through 13 all in a line ABOUT 19 INCHES IN FROM SELVAGE EDGE, so the USABLE PORTION of this fabric would be 2 PIECES MEASURING 19" x 62" ...perfect for pillows! One side's flaws are almost unnoticeable, while the other side is a little more visible.
