TV and radio work. I could not get a channel to come in on the TV but the radio I was able to hear stations pretty clearly. Volume and Brightness knobs work. Power and AM/UHF/FM/VHF switches work. Headphone jack works. Tested with both batteries and power supply, work with both. 

Shipping: Most of my packages are sent out the next day Mon-Fri, NO shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. I primarily use either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail through USPS.
