Here is a very nice Rookwood Pottery porcelain vase decorated by Lorinda Epply. It has a paneled decoration of brown and blue drippy flowers under frothy clear porcelain glaze. It measures 6 1/4 inches tall and 5 1/4 inches in diameter at the widest. Marked with the RP die-stamp, XXVIII for 1928, shape number 2917E, and the the glazed cypher LE of the artist.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws, or repairs, no crazing, and just a few bubbles and bumps in the glaze. A beautiful piece of mid century modern ceramics Rookwood Pottery.  If you have any questions please click on our username or visit the store page and feel free to email through our website or call Jim Messineo at JMW Gallery.
