This is a publicity photo for the 1979 film, "The Electric Horseman," starring Robert Redford and Jane Fonda. Released by Columbia Pictures, this picture is from a scene in the film where Redford's character opens a supermarket astride a mechanical horse while actor Tim Scott looks on. I bought this a few months ago for $25 for research on a book...letting it go for much cheaper.
