I tested it out and it was fine and not choppy at all. I took pics to show it works. 

The disc does have some smudge marks but no deep scratches. I cant tell you how long this has been in my basement. 

Booklet is good too! 

Case has some minor scratches on it from being against the others. 

May have minor smoke odor but I cant smell it. Smoke free for 4 years now!
