Mechanically functional. May be missing small black plastic cap (see image for potential missing cap location)  though not positive it ever had one there. This is similar to the RA 100 model but cannot fully identify this version. Also missing the blue tools. Going to list this AS-IS for not being able to fully identify and potential missing black knob.
