We are listing these as you see them.  All will be panes of 10, unused.  Virtually all are never hinged.  Some will have staple holes on one edge, as they were originally issued in stapled pads.  Some will have pen/pencil markings/dates on the back.  We presume those dates were written when these were first issued.  Over the next few days, we will list approximately 80 different.  At some point after that we will resume listing singles in sets of 10 different singles.

Domestic and Overseas Shipping Changes:  Please note that due to losses, effective immediately, we are making changes.  First, for shipments going outside the U.S., we will NO LONGER provide untracked, $2.00 economy mailings.  Mailings going outside the U.S. will go through either eBay Global Shipping, where U.S. Domestic rates will apply, or with U.S.P.S. Registry.  The buyer will select which service they prefer.  We will still offer combined shipping discounts whenever reasonable and possible.  Since we do not set eBay’s Global Shipping Rates, we suggest buyers contact eBay directly with questions about those costs.

For U.S. Domestic mail orders under $20, including taxes, we will use the basic eBay label rate $1.32 or less, whichever best applies.  Where these rates cannot be used, U.S.P.S. Ground Advantage or the U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Rate will be used.  We will always attempt to use the lowest available rate.  Wherever possible we will always combine shipping to save as much as possible for the buyer.
